Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Molluso Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), which runs PinStripe at getpinstripe.com. By creating an account or using PinStripe you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PinStripe.

What PinStripe is

PinStripe helps collectors keep track of their sports and trading cards: what you own, what you paid, what you sold, cards out for grading, and estimated values over time. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Your account

Keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

You own the information, photos and notes you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run PinStripe for you, including sending photos to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy so they can be read. If you make a for sale page public, anyone with the link can see what that page shows. Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.

Values are estimates, not advice

Values, prices, population counts and grading suggestions in PinStripe are estimates drawn from past sales, listings and third party data. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not an appraisal, not an offer to buy or sell, and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decide for yourself before you buy, sell or grade a card.

No affiliation

PinStripe is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PSA, BGS (Beckett), SGC, CGC, TAG or any other grading company, card maker, league, team or player. Their names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to describe your cards.

Third party card data

Some card identification, catalog and price information in PinStripe is supplied by third party providers, including CardSight AI ("Card Data Providers"). That information is licensed to us, not to you, and you may use it only inside PinStripe for managing and researching your own collection.

You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:

1. copy, scrape, download, cache, store or export Card Data Provider information, except the records of your own cards that PinStripe lets you export;
2. use that information to build, train or populate any card database, catalog, price guide, data set or product, including one that competes with PinStripe or a Card Data Provider;
3. resell, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise make that information or the underlying services available to anyone outside PinStripe;
4. reverse engineer, decompile or try to discover the source code, models, methods or data behind PinStripe or any Card Data Provider service;
5. get around any access control, usage limit, rate limit or fee, including by creating extra accounts or misusing a free plan;
6. interfere with or disrupt PinStripe, a Card Data Provider's service, or the servers and networks connected to them;
7. upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content (including malicious code), or images you do not have the right to use;
8. remove, alter or hide any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice; or
9. use PinStripe or Card Data Provider information in a way that infringes anyone's rights or breaks any law.

Card Data Provider information is provided "as is." Prices are estimates drawn from past sales and listings, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not an appraisal or an offer to buy or sell. We may refresh or delete this information at any time, and it will stop being available if our agreement with a provider ends.

If you break this section we may suspend or end your access to PinStripe, and a Card Data Provider may require us to do so.

Acceptable use

Use PinStripe only for lawful purposes and only for your own collection. Do not use it to mislead buyers, for example by sharing a for sale page that misdescribes a card.

Plans and payment

PinStripe has a free plan and paid plans. Plan features and limits are shown on our pricing section and may change. When paid plans are offered, payments are processed by Stripe, and you will see the price, billing period and how to cancel before you pay. We do not store your full card number.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. We try to keep PinStripe running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can export your cards as a CSV at any time.

Ending your use

You can stop using PinStripe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, our providers or PinStripe at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, PinStripe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Molluso Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or decisions made using values shown in PinStripe. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
