Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy explains what Molluso Holdings LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use PinStripe, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
What we store
- Account: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us (name and email). Your plan and when you signed up and last signed in.
- Your cards: the details you add or import, such as player, set, year, number, grade, grading company and cert number, quantity, folders, storage location and notes.
- Photos: card photos you upload, and photos of receipts if you add them. They are kept in private storage that only your account can reach.
- Money: what you paid, purchase source and date, lots, sales with their fees and net profit, grading fees, and the values and value history of your cards.
- Activity: your card lookups, want list, alerts and any feedback you send us.
We use this only to run PinStripe for you: showing your collection and its value, matching your cards to market prices, sending alerts, and fixing problems. When you record a sale of a matched card, its price may be used, without your name or account, as one of the market data points for that card.
Who can see it
Only you. If you share a folder as a for sale page, anyone with the link sees the cards, grades and asking prices on it, never what you paid, values, notes, storage location or receipts. Our team can see account level information such as your email, plan and how many cards you have, to run and support the service. We do not look at your cards, notes, receipts or storage locations unless you ask us to help with something specific.
Service providers
We use these companies to run PinStripe. Each gets only what it needs for its job:
- Supabase hosts our database, sign in and photo storage.
- Vercel hosts the website and app.
- Anthropic reads card photos you upload so we can fill in the card details for you.
- CardSight AI identifies cards from photos and supplies catalog and price data. We keep CardSight data only for a short time, as its terms require.
- Postmark sends our emails, such as password resets and notices.
- Stripe will process payments when paid plans are offered. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Google handles sign in if you choose Continue with Google.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our users or PinStripe, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account. Third party price data is refreshed and expires on its own schedule. When you delete your account, we delete it as described below.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently deletes your cards, photos, receipts, purchases, sales, grading records, values, lookups, want list, alerts, feedback and sign in, and the market data points made from your sales. We keep a short record that the account was deleted (its email and the date) so we can show we honored the request. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. Export your cards as a CSV first if you want to keep them.
Your choices
You can see, edit and export your information in the app at any time, and delete it by deleting your account. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, such as asking for a copy of your information. Contact us to use them.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit, stored in private storage scoped to your account, and protected by access rules in our database. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password or Google sign in.
Children
PinStripe is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
